"They wanted the house to breathe and have a connection between the indoors and the outdoors," says principal architect Trina Sandschafer. A series of LaCantina’s Aluminum Wood Multi Slide systems stretches across the home providing both forested and lakeside views creating an airy, open atmosphere.

Vaulted ceilings and an expansive LaCantina Multi Slide and Sliding Door systems in the integrated living room and kitchen creates a spacious atmosphere bringing the outdoors in. "We did an exhaustive amount of window and door research," says Sandschafer. LaCantina Doors allowed the firm to customize size, operation, and finish at an affordable price point to create the indoor outdoor effect that defines the project.
